• Apartment not suitable for children under the age of 14

• Minimum stay seven (7) days

• A deposit of 150€ will be required 

• Identification documents will be requested at check-in

• Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00

• TOP VIEW APARTMENT maximum occupancy 3 people

• LOVELY APARTMENT maximum occupancy 2 people

CANCELLATION TERMS

• More than 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Your deposit will be fully refunded (minus bank transfer fees).

• Less than 30 days before arrival: Non-refundable. The deposit will be retained by the property.
